Middle East Conflicts - Day 4

Day 4: Middle East Conflicts

Conflicts in the Middle East - Day 4

Working abroad in a conflict zone is a unique and heavy burden. It means you aren't just managing the distance, you are managing their fear for your safety alongside your own longing for them.

When there is a war in the region, the "Double Life" becomes more intense: you are trying to stay calm and professional at work while hearing sirens or seeing news alerts, and your family at home is likely watching the news with their hearts in their throats.

Stay calm is very important in this day of conflicts. May protection and peace be upon us all, always."

Middle East Conflicts - Day 4

Middle East Conflicts
2:30am

A Good Judgement

Good judgment is seen as giving the same verdict to each team in a game of basketball.

When a referee has it, the game ends in a good fight; when he doesn't, it's like a series of arguments over bad judgment.

Good and proper judgment isn't just about knowing the rulebook—it's about knowing the spirit in game of basketball 🏀.

1964-D Jefferson Nickel

What Makes a 1964 Nickel Valuable?

For a 1964 nickel to have significant value (over $100), it generally needs one of the following:

  1. Full Steps (FS): The steps on the back of the coin (Monticello) must be perfectly struck and clearly separated. Your coin's steps are worn smooth from use.
  2. Special Mint Sets (SMS): A tiny number of prototype coins were made with a satin-like finish. These are almost never found in circulation.
  3. Major Errors: Dramatic errors like being struck on a penny planchet or being significantly off-center.
How much now the Value?
