This is what I use when new career is coming, they want me to be their new employee. Each one of us has decision in life. We prefer to be more successful than staying to the company for a long time. Sometimes we think It's better to move but, sometimes we also think to stay.
Most of us are blinded by the huge offer and sometimes this is the cause of our frustration. It is difficult for us to leave the company especially if it helps your success. Don't let your decision make you failed, think 100x, think about your family.
The most important thing is when you enjoying your work. Leave your life to full happiness and stress free surrounding. Take note we have only one life to live and this is for today onwards.
