Iniabot ng personal ni Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Zhao Jianhua kay AFP Chief of Staff Eduardo Año kasama si Pangulong Duterte, Defence Minister Delfin Lorenzana, Foreign Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano at Presidential Spokeperson Ernesto Abella sa Malacanang Palace. Lubos ang nagpapasalamat at nangako ang pamahalaan na ito ay gagamitin sa mga sundalong sugatan.
